Free class for any new student. Simply send me a message and I'll schedule you!
I offer 10 classes per week, in-person at the studio, and online. You can take any class that is online in the studio, or, have the ease and efficiency of practicing at home, or taking me with you when you travel to keep your movement momentum going.
online classes are 30 or 60 minutes
in-person classes are 75 minutes
*if you want to take an online class in the studio, simply pay for an online class, and email me, and I'll know you are coming to class.
