Join The City Of Greensboro, and Unite Us Yoga for a fun filled morning of laughter and movement. Our goats are friendly, and love to pose with you as you enjoy beginner friendly yoga and movement. A perfect way to start your weekend. 30$/PP

Come join the fun and learn why Goat Yoga inspires joy and connection. Our baby goats are due sometime around the end of May. Baby goat yoga will tenderize your heart. These baby goats are just the cutest! We will begin registering for classes in May.
You are always welcome to schedule a private party to have your own time with the goats and our special property. With a covered bar and deck area, fire-pit and seating area, picnic tables, and large grassy meadow to hang out in, you'll be in heaven for a few hours. Fill your cup with friendship, beauty, and fun. Perfect for birthday parties, book clubs, team building, you name it. We have hosted Volvo trucks, Doctor's offices, teachers, sorority groups...the options are endless.
We also offer private catering with our in house chef. Taco Bar, Pad Thai burgers, Chicken Philly's, Greek, or bring your own food!

I offer 3 in-person classes a week, and 6 online/combo classes a week. Check schedule below. I also provide private yoga lessons for therapeutic yoga, as well as mentoring for new yoga teachers, or to foster mindfulness and yogic principles in your life. Don't wait. The time is now.
Are you wanting to incorporate strength, fitness, mindfulness, and yoga in your life? I may have hit the sweet spot of offering classes that check lots of boxes for health and wholeness. Lifting weights is important for ANY human over the age of 40. If you are a yogi- then lifting weights enhances and supports your yoga practice.
Yoga is not a complete practice.
If you are a weight lifter, you need yoga.
If you are a human- you need mindfulness. It’s all here.
The best part is you can take these classes anywhere, anytime. These classes are LIVE and online and you can also come to the studio to take the class. Check out my schedule of online classes. If you live somewhere other than Greensboro, this line-up is for you! We have people from the PNW, Raleigh, Kure beach and sometimes Germany taking classes!
