I offer 3 in-person classes a week, and 5 online/combo classes a week. Check schedule below. I also provide private yoga lessons for therapeutic yoga, as well as mentoring for new yoga teachers, or to foster mindfulness and yogic principles in your life. Don't wait. The time is now.
Are you wanting to incorporate strength, fitness, mindfulness, and yoga in your life? I may have hit the sweet spot of offering classes that check lots of boxes for health and wholeness. Lifting weights is important for ANY human over the age of 40. If you are a yogi- then lifting weights enhances and supports your yoga practice.
Yoga is not a complete practice.
If you are a weight lifter, you need yoga.

The best part is you can take these classes anywhere, anytime. These classes are LIVE and online and you can also come to the studio to take the class. Check out my schedule of online classes. If you live somewhere other than Greensboro, this line-up is for you! We have people from the PNW, Raleigh, Kure beach and sometimes Germany taking classes!
