I offer 8 classes per week, in-person at the studio, and online. You can take any class that is online in the studio, or, have the ease and efficiency of practicing at home, or taking me with you when you travel to keep your movement momentum going.

Are you wanting to incorporate strength, fitness, mindfulness, and yoga in your life? I may have hit the sweet spot of offering classes that check lots of boxes for health and wholeness. Lifting weights is important for ANY human over the age of 40. If you are a yogi- then lifting weights enhances and supports your yoga practice.
Yoga is not a complete practice.

The best part is you can take these classes anywhere, anytime. These classes are LIVE and online and you can also come to the studio to take the class. Check out my schedule of online classes.
