Join Cathy for an informative workshop that will teach you how to wick, add fragrance, pour, and create a beautiful soy candle. You can also bring up to 3 containers, (or shop Cathy's available containers) with a max volume of 50 ounces to make additional candles. Additional candles are $1.25 per per ounce, and cost of workshop includes one 10 oz deluxe candle/vessel. $25

I offer 8 classes per week, in-person at the studio, and online. You can take any class that is online in the studio, or, have the ease and efficiency of practicing at home, or taking me with you when you travel to keep your movement momentum going. 


online classes are 60 minutes

in-person classes are 75 minutes


  • Monday 9:00 (online) am full body weight circuit+ yoga warm up/cool down 
  • Monday  5:30 in-person yoga (beginner friendly) Yoga wall + somatics
  • Tuesday (online) 11:30 am Dynamic Flow for strength and longevity
  • Tuesday (in-person) 5:45 pm Level 2 Yoga wall + somatics
  • Wednesday (online) 9:00am Metabolic Conditioning 
  • Thursday 11:30 am full body weight circuit+ yoga warm up/cool down 
  • Thursday 5:30pm Full body stretch and reset with yoga wall + somatics
  • Friday 9:30 am Mindful Movement- Hatha Yoga with heart
