Imagine sipping your coffee, while looking out at the pristine Merced river. Walk down to the beautiful riverside meadow, and listen to the birds singing their morning gladness, while you settle in for morning meditation and movement. Yoga, stretching, Qi-gong, and mobility exercises will prepare you for a beautiful day in the National Park. But first, grab your homemade breakfast cooked up by Matt, our onsite chef. I offer 8 classes per week, in-person at the studio, and online. You can take any class that is online in the studio, or, have the ease and efficiency of practicing at home, or taking me with you when you travel to keep your movement momentum going.
online classes are 60 minutes
in-person classes are 75 minutes
