Alignment Based Hatha Yoga

Learn Hatha Yoga in a fun, inspiring, and cozy environment. You will find personalized instruction and smaller classes, for all levels here at Unite Us Yoga. You will be challenged, elevated, and inspired to live your life filled with purpose and expansion! In all classes we learn proper form, learn actions while in the poses, and utilize the Great Yoga Wall and other props for maximum benefits to practice.

The Deeper Dimension of Yoga-Level 2

  • Tuesday 6:15-7:30

Gentle Yoga for Back and Core Strength

  • Thursday's 6:15-7:30

Friday Morning Yoga

  • 6:30 am- Yoga for Fitness( Flow Yoga)
  • 9:30 am Mindful Movement (mixed levels)

Private Parties

Want to bring a group of friends or treat your family to the gift of yoga? Book our studio for a private party. Complete with outdoor bar, lounge area, full service yoga studio, and large bonfire for s'mores and deep reflections.

Q: I have never done yoga before, can I do this kind of yoga?

A: Yes! Anyone can do these classes, if you have an injury or special condition, I recommend consulting with cathy first prior to first class.
